
I posted a picture of this bottle 1 year ago. This Vanilla has aged an entire year and it is by far, THE best Vanilla i’ve made, to date.
Grab a bottle of Paul Masson brandy (750ml) and 6 vanilla beans (if you buy in bulk, they are less expensive).
Slit the beans down one side (not in half though). Put into the jar. Date it. Put in the back of a dark cabinet.
8 weeks later its ready to use. If you do 2 bottles at a time, leave one alone for a year… I promise, it is completely worth it!
